Before joining flow-r executive search, he worked for various international Executive Search companies with responsibility for leading and implementing various consulting projects. He moved to consulting from the management level / C-level, where he worked mainly in the Retail area. His experience with leadership management, team management in the areas of sales, marketing and planning comes mainly from this period.

Miro is an athlete in body and soul. In his free time, you can find him skiing in the Tatra Mountains, cycling, at sea or trekking in the mountains. Throughout his long career as a manager and consultant, he is aware that only in a healthy body is there a healthy mind and he actively works towards this every day.
Outside of sports, he is a passionate photographer, gourmet, wine connoisseur and admirer of the beauty of nature.

Pavel Plachý from flow-r executive search revived my original ideas and expectations of what a headhunter should look like and work with.
